On Thursday I was in Milan, same night in Ventimiglia, next early morning (Friday) Nice, today St. Raphael and now Sainte-Maxime. That is pretty fast isn't it, you can't really see much during the time. But for me, it's perfect, that's the reason I don't like the travel packages, they usually expect me to stay put in one town. Not really for me, even though I should try that out some day as well. I like moving around, going from one place to another, gosh, I even like to the train rides. Sometimes survival trips end up being great. Sometimes going to the unknown during the night is great. It's a different kind of vacation, but vacation nevertheless.
I usually start to feel bored if I stay in one place for too long, okay, if the location is great, hotel is good and with a good price, I can stay in the same town for couple of days, who knows, maybe even more, but usually, when I'm travelling on my own, I like to do pretty much whatever I want to, go whereever I want to and whenever I want to. Right now I'm in Sainte-Maxime.
